What is water therapy?
According to the World Health Organization (WHO), the use of water with different physical and chemical conditions, in various ways, either traditional or scientific, for the purpose of prevention and treatment of diseases, as well as the maintenance and promotion of health is called Hydrotherapy.

What is balneotherapy?
Bathing in natural mineral waters of natural springs with a minimum temperature of 20 degrees and a minimum mineral content of 1 gram per liter are called "balneotherapy".
The promising results that have been reported so far on the impacts of balneotherapy include increased plasma levels of endorphin or cortisol (endorphin or cortisol levels); activation of the adrenal axis; and decreased plasma levels of some inflammatory mediators (IL, PGs, and TNF).
How can balneotherapy produce therapeutic effects on our body?
In recent years, many experiments have been conducted to determine the mechanism of impacts of mineral water. The most influential factors are the thermal and chemical factors of water, which, as a set, play this role.
The effects of heat are arisen due to the water's higher or lower temperature than the human body's temperature. By cold water, there will be a general decrease in the body's function. Various studies have confirmed that some of the water-soluble minerals can penetrate the human skin, and it is apparently the key effective mechanism for disease improvement.
